Description

This pre-owned press operates at a maximum speed of 200 strokes per minute. It can be upgraded with a new CNC X-Y table to eliminate idle strokes. Currently, the system loses approximately 17 cycles with each sheet change due to timing constraints. As a result, capacity can be increased by approximately 30% while maintaining the same operating speed. The upgrade also includes a new electrical cabinet and HMI. The PLC platform is open-source. The final production output depends on the number of tooling dies installed on the press.
