These terms and conditions govern your use of the Meet2Pack marketplace. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

"Platform" refers to the Meet2Pack website and services. "User" refers to any individual or company that registers an account or otherwise uses the platform.

Users must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Sellers are solely responsible for the accuracy of listing content, including descriptions, pricing and images. Meet2Pack reserves the right to remove listings that violate these terms.

Meet2Pack facilitates introductions between buyers and sellers but is not a party to any transaction. Payment, delivery and warranty terms are agreed directly between the parties.

Users may not publish fraudulent, misleading or illegal content, misuse other users' data, or attempt to circumvent the platform's security measures.

Meet2Pack is not liable for the quality, safety or legality of items listed, or for the conduct of users. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Milan, Italy.
